This application does not collect, store, or process personal information from end users beyond what is necessary for authentication and authorization purposes. We do not track user behavior, collect analytics data, or store personal preferences.

3. Authentication Information

To provide access to the application, we use a token-based authentication system. This process involves:

• Requesting access by providing your email address
• Receiving a secure, time-limited token via email that expires after 15 minutes
• Using the token to create an authenticated session
• Storage of your email address and name for the purpose of identifying authorized users
• Maintenance of user roles and permissions to control access to different features
• Session cookies stored in your browser (valid for 90 days) to maintain your login state

This information is used solely for the purpose of providing secure access to the application and is not shared with third parties except as required by law or as necessary to provide the service.

4. Google OAuth Usage

This application uses Google OAuth separately from authentication, only for specific operations that require access to Google services. These operations are always performed with your explicit consent and manual verification:

• Email Sending: When you choose to send emails through the application, you must authenticate with Google OAuth. Each email is presented to you for review before sending, and no emails are sent automatically without your explicit approval.
• Google Drive Operations: When you create or modify documents, spreadsheets, or other files in Google Drive, you must authenticate with Google OAuth and manually verify each operation before it is executed. All changes to Google Drive contents require your manual review and approval.

Google OAuth tokens are stored in your session only while you are actively using these features. You can revoke access at any time through your Google account settings. We do not use Google OAuth for general application authentication or access control.

5. Data Processing

This application processes data related to E8's business operations, including but not limited to:

• Application screening data
• Company information
• Meeting and voting records
• Other operational data necessary for E8's functions

This data is processed on behalf of E8 and is subject to E8's data policies and procedures.

6. Third-Party Services

This application may integrate with third-party services including:

• Google Cloud Platform (for hosting and Google service integrations)
• Google Workspace Services (Gmail API, Google Drive API, Google Docs API, Google Sheets API) - used only with your explicit OAuth consent and manual verification for each operation
• Airtable (for data storage and management)
• Dealum (for application data)
• Other services as necessary for application functionality

Your use of these services is subject to their respective privacy policies. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of these third-party services.

7. Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect the information processed through this application. Access is restricted to authorized personnel only, and we use industry-standard security practices to safeguard data.

8. Data Retention

Data retention is determined by E8's business needs and applicable legal requirements. User authentication information is retained as long as necessary to provide access to the application.

9. Your Rights

As an authorized user of this internal application, you have the right to:

• Access information we maintain about you (if any)
• Request correction of inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your authentication information (subject to business needs)
